Pricing & Additional Costs
Our rental prices are all-inclusive flat rates that each include a final cleaning. We bill linens separately, since it makes a big difference, calculation-wise, whether 4 or 20 people need to be supplied, and a flat rate would come at the expense of smaller groups. In addition to the rental price, a local tourist tax (Kurtaxe) of €3.90 per person, per night applies: this is a municipal levy that we have no influence over.
Additional costs may apply if:
- the house is not left broom-clean (fair cleaning flat fees apply to everyone),
- an unreasonably large amount of dishware is broken or goes missing,
- we have to organize sorting the trash because everything was thrown into one bin,
- we have to organize the removal of glass waste.
